My Poems from June 2004
DINOSAUR
Dinosaurs, 'they' say, are old.
In ages 'fore the Bible told.
Not so, say I. It's not God's plan.
Old might they grow, along with man.
Since Adam named each living kind.
All creatures lived their 'llotted time.
Until the Flood of Noah came.
Reorganizing Earth by rain.

ALWAYS HERE
As time goes by, tho' year by year,
Love lingers still, as ever near.
We may be parted, it is true,
And in this world, we may be blue,
Yet in God's plan, and in His love,
Secure we are, for up above
He watches o'er His children here,
Enduring trials of faith and fear.
Regarding each one one from above,
Each one of us, kept in His love.

Healing Hands
Physicians use their medicines
According to their tricks.
The men work with their metal tools
And chemicals to fix.
While women work with tools of flesh,
Their hands and hearts do serve
To bring back life into the soul
By quick'ning blood and nerve.
