My Title of Liberty

"In Memory of our God, our religion, and freedom, and our peace, our wives, and our children." - Alma 46:12

My Poems from October 2003

As Jesus walked upon the earth
     He did His Father’s will:
To do the right, and leave the rest,
     All prophecies fulfill.
O’er all the people rogue priests reigned,
And Him they sought to kill.
Now Jesus knew all this would be,
But Him they could not touch.
Entreating Father desperately,
     He suffered very much,
My own and your sins bearing there,
     For our sakes, suffered such.
Enduring all of this for us
     He gave Himself to men,
Not knowing that this sacrifice
     Was made, even for them,
To make it so we could return
     And live in Heaven again.
