My Poems from July 2001
Your Marriage
In the second week of August,
In the year two thousand one,
The two of you will stand
Before the Holy One.
You'll come to join together
What none should ever part.
It matters not what others say,
But what is in your heart.
To the other always kindness,
And faithfulness in all,
To be strong if one should stumble,
To lift them from their fall.
And so together onward
The two of you may go,
And find along the pathway
What you are meant to know.
When you reach the straight path's end,
May you still be hand in hand,
So the two of you may enter
A Life that's more than Grand.
