My Poems from 1986
Our Great Hope
In these Last Days are spirits born,
All great, to greet the Morn'.
The trials sent to them are too,
To prove which ones are True.
If we, who kept our first estate
With hope and patience wait,
Then when the crowns are given out,
We need not fear to go without.
Now here below in dark and gloom
We wait not for the tomb,
But for the glorious risen Lord
Because he gave His word.
He said if we believe in God
And follow where He trod,
That we with Him would ever be
